wenpkr Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wenpkr" — refers to the wenpkr online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence, accessible at wenpkr.site and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" — means the wenpkr website, mobile site, and any associated gaming software, applications, and services made available by wenpkr.
• "Account" — means the registered user account held by a Player on the wenpkr Platform.
• "Player" — means any natural person who has registered an Account and is using the Platform for gaming, betting, or related services.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to real-money Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds or cryptocurrency equivalent held within a Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cashable incentive credited to an Account by wenpkr in connection with a promotion.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by wenpkr in connection with account verification, withdrawal processing, or regulatory compliance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" — means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or wenpkr's licensing conditions.

By creating an Account on the wenpkr Platform, clicking any "Accept", "Register", "Login", or similar button, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after these Terms have been published, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions in full, together with wenpkr's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and wenpkr. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written concerning your use of the Platform.

To access real-money gaming services on the wenpkr Platform, you must register a valid Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the wenpkr Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by any individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person, using another person's identity, or using fictitious or fraudulently obtained identity information.
• wenpkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Account registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements under these Terms.

wenpkr operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Players are required to submit identity documents satisfactory to wenpkr's compliance team before any withdrawal can be processed. Standard acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. wenpkr may require documentary proof of age at any time, and any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any Funds held within such an Account will be handled in accordance with wenpkr's underage gaming policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

wenpkr employs age verification procedures at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not gain access to the wenpkr Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wenpkr Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify wenpkr's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Account, including family members or associates.

wenpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity occurring through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly notified wenpkr of unauthorised access and wenpkr has confirmed in writing that your Account has been suspended accordingly.

Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension of account services, particularly in relation to withdrawal processing and identity verification requirements.

wenpkr accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL Bank Transfer
• UBL Bank Transfer
• Meezan Bank Transfer
• Allied Bank Transfer
• SadaPay digital wallet
• USDT via TRC20 network (cryptocurrency)

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, unverified sources, or accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to source.

Deposited funds are used solely for gaming and betting activity on the Platform. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are not of criminal origin and that their use for gaming purposes does not violate any law applicable to you.

Withdrawal of real-money Funds from your wenpkr Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by method and are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• wenpkr reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to requesting additional identity documents, source of funds declarations, or payment account confirmations.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be fulfilled to the original deposit method (e.g., due to account closure) may be redirected to an alternative verified method at wenpkr's discretion.

Processing Timelines

Standard withdrawal processing at wenpkr is completed within 24 hours for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may require up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours of approval. Timelines may extend during periods of high volume or additional verification requirements.

wenpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms published in connection with the individual promotion. Key conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, the specific multiple of which is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and bet types eligible under the relevant promotion. Certain games (typically live casino blackjack, certain table games, and others) may be excluded from or count at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirements.
• Bonuses are credited to a designated Bonus Balance and are applied after the Player's real-money funds have been depleted, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the stated time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the applicable Wagering Requirement structure.
• wenpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or withhold bonus payments where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

All bets placed and games played on the wenpkr Platform are subject to the general and game-specific rules published on the Platform. The following general principles apply across all gaming and betting activities:

• Bets are accepted entirely at wenpkr's discretion. wenpkr reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific feature (such as Cash Out) explicitly provides this option and remains available.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or pricing — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or any other reason — wenpkr reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts.
• wenpkr is the sole authority on the settlement of all bets and games. Settlement decisions are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below.
• Live/in-play betting markets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing sporting body. wenpkr is not responsible for delays in result publication by third-party data providers.
• Games utilising a certified Random Number Generator are not affected by any external factors. Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results.

Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international Pakistan matches, and global tournaments — are settled based on the official results declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revision, specific settlement rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform apply.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wenpkr Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identity information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, bot, script, or algorithmic system to place bets or make gaming decisions on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, loophole, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage — including failure to promptly report any such issue to wenpkr support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or depositing funds from unverified or third-party sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wenpkr staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from wenpkr.

All content available on the wenpkr Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, designs, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of Platform content — is the exclusive property of wenpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or any other use not expressly permitted herein.

The wenpkr name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks of wenpkr. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any manner is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wenpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Loss of data or any business interruption.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data provided on the Platform, including typographical errors or manifest pricing errors.

wenpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Gaming on the wenpkr Platform should be conducted as a form of entertainment only. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively impact your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, you are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings or to contact wenpkr's support team immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wenpkr Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure at the Player's request, effective immediately upon confirmation.

wenpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of account takeover, unauthorised access, or identity theft.
• Participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (subject to the dormancy policy published on the Platform).
• At the Player's own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason, wenpkr will process a return of verified real-money Funds to the Player's last known verified payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding obligations, investigation holds required by regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is under active review. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure.

wenpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the wenpkr Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wenpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and wenpkr that cannot be resolved through wenpkr's internal complaint process shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under wenpkr's applicable gaming licence.

Internal Complaint Process
